One drop of a Vitality Dietary essential oil is sufficient for most recipes!  Since essential oils are very potent, less is more.  Essential oils should be used sparingly.  A toothpick dipped into an essential oils and stirred into your food or drink may be sufficient.  Essential oils have a very low smoke point, so when adding Vitality Dietary essential oils to a cooked dish, add at the end of the cooking period.  Let it simmer for only a minute, stirring to blend with the food.
